Правила допустимого использования

This policy is part of the terms of service. It applies to everyone using Schemahaus, including the people you invite and anyone using an API key issued by your organisation.

Do not store or distribute

• Material that is unlawful where you are or where we are, including child sexual abuse material, which we report.

• Material that infringes someone else's copyright, trade mark or other rights.

• Malware, phishing pages, or content designed to deceive somebody into giving up credentials or money.

• Content that incites violence against people, or harasses a specific person.

Do not attack

• Do not attempt to reach data belonging to another organisation. The software is built so that you cannot, and probing for a way is itself a breach.

• Do not attempt to break, overload or circumvent the rate limits, the plan limits, or the authentication.

• Do not use Schemahaus as a staging post for an attack on anybody else, including as an open redirect, a proxy, or a source of outbound requests to targets you do not control. Webhook destinations are checked for exactly this reason.

Do not abuse the machinery

• Do not use the delivery API as a general-purpose file host or CDN for material unrelated to the content you manage here.

• Do not automate account creation, or create accounts to evade a limit or a suspension.

• Do not resell raw access to the API as if it were your own infrastructure. Building a product on top of it for your own clients is exactly what the agency plans are for, and is encouraged.

Security research

We welcome it, and we will not pursue anyone acting in good faith. Test only against your own organisation, do not access anybody else's data, do not degrade the service for other customers, and give us a reasonable chance to fix what you find before publishing. What happens if you breach this

It depends on what happened. Most of the time we will write to you and ask you to fix it. For something serious — active abuse, illegal material, an attack in progress — we may suspend immediately and tell you afterwards. We will always say what the problem was.

Suspension is not deletion. Your content stays where it is while a dispute is resolved, and the thirty-day window in the terms applies to a closure just the same.

Reporting something

If you have found content on a site published through Schemahaus that breaches this policy, write to us with the URL and what is wrong with it. We are the platform rather than the publisher, so where the material belongs to a customer we will pass a valid complaint to them and act ourselves where the law requires it or the breach is flagrant.
